At any rate, the current 'reason' for the war, like we need much of one, is that it has become apparent that Joe has forgotten that wagging one's tongue and insulting people can have reprocussions. We're not in investigation land right now. Although a few of his alliance mates have shown deplorable judgement...Mining during wartime, running missions in a fleet tempest during wartime (4km closer and it would have been on the killboard...rats...)
