New wartargets, actually aren't.
So, after ignoring my initial conversation attempts, I finally get the CEO of Intergalactic Commonwealth on the horn. The conversation's mostly boring and non-lulz full...so I'll not be sharing it.
But the long and short of it is that the Intergalactic Commonwealth is going to close, and they are going to move a few jumps out to try to go back to mining peacefully.
I believe them when they say they have no association with Joe Phoenix, and have decided that if they close up shop, effectively ditching the similar name, and move a bit further out than..in the same system as Joe's HQ...I won't follow them.
Now, I can't tell the rest of you what to do, but I personally believe these guys. So I'm laying off and refocusing on Joe.

Unforseen circumstances.
So, my pretty laptop is DOA. It is with a heavy heart that I declare that the IEEE's investigation on the Imperial Commonwealth and Joe Phoenix in particular will probably end its CONCORD sanctioned period before things get repaired or replaced.
Depending on what Joe does after this, will determine whether or not we here at the IEEE will re-file paperwork and re-open the investigation.

So...I log in and immediately in corp chat.
