CPR pub is the public channel for CONCORD Preservation and Recovery. Who declared war on Otherworld Empire. I.M.M is the corporation that contains the main for the ceo of CPR. And I.M.M is a member of Systematic-Chaos. All of whom have been wardec'd by the IEEE.
